Always wanted to make a chatot Gijinka, cause Chatot is fuckin cool.

Anyways, this is Charlie. (I wanted as well always a character named Charlie, so hey)
She's some kind of hyperactive woman who talks sometimes way too much and as well repeats sometimes the stuff other people say, because... yeah fuck parrots.
Charlie really loves Circus and clowns and wants to work one day at a circus.
She can't sing at all, but she really loves it to dance and visiting parties.
